Asian Pear Portabello salad


In a mixing bowl, put:

2 Asian Pears, sliced thin and shredded
1/2 pound baby portabellos, sliced and shredded
1/2 lime, squeezed
2-3 coats of balsamic vinegar and honey, depending on how it looks to you
Handful of mint leaves for color/garnish

Mix everything together and you're good to go! Hooray salads!
